另外FedEx/UPS 也希望寄件人能确认正确的收件地址，以及收件人是否可以正常收取包裹，尽量减少拦截包裹以及更改寄件地址的情况发生，因为目前在FedEx/UPS 的各个转运仓的包裹数量过多，要找出该包裹加以拦截或改地址有一定的难度，敬请配合，谢谢!

1. 若收件人因疫情影响无法正常收取包裹，FedEx / UPS会保留包裹在其转运中心七天左右的时间，时间一到该包裹会自动退回寄件者，并收取退回寄件者的相关费用，不做另行通知
3. FedEx建议最好能先行联系确认收件者可以收取包裹，再将包裹交给FedEx / UPS 派送，以避免产生额外的退回费用，并降低包裹丢失的风险
